A Simple Solution

So I just had to share the conversation I watched my children having at the dinner table last night.   

Morgan: "I have this word stuck in my head and I can't stop saying it!" 

Liza: "When you have a word stuck in your head all you have to do is this" and this is when she hit herself really hard in the head.
