I am only about a week behind (not too bad)
Our 4th was a very busy weekend filled with lots of food and of course fireworks. On Saturday night we hosted an Adam's Family BBQ where my amazing BBQ cook hubby grilled us all steaks.
Then once it was dark we settled in for our own private show. The kids had a blast lighting all of their own fireworks.
Then on Sunday we went to my brother's house for the Moon party where my husband again grilled us some yummy steaks (I love summer!) All of the cousins had a ton of fun playing together and the golf cart definitely played a role in that.
When sun started to go down we lined their roundabout with chairs and blankets, ready for the show to start.
The kids were very excited so we started with the sparklers. I love sparklers but there is just something terrifying about 20 kids running around with fire sticks.
After the sparklers then we started with the arsenal of fireworks that everyone brought. It was a lot of fun to be surrounded by friends and family.
