Liza's First Day of Preschool

Today was Liza's first day of preschool. She was very excited. This is her 2nd year of preschool so seh pretty much knew what to expect. Yesterday we got to go to her preschool Open House and meet her new teacher and new classroom. My little Liza looks so big.

For the long Labor Day weekend we decided that we would pack up our camper and go camping. We just went up to Grantsville Resivoure, which is only about an hour away. We had a lot of fun fishing, riding motorcycles, and eating way too much good food. David and his family came up on Saturday night and had dinner with us and then rode their motorcycles for a while. It was really a lot fun. Camping is always a lot of work but we always have so much fun a create great memories together.

First Day of School!

I can't believe how quickly the summer flew by. We had a pretty uneventful summer but we did have lots of fun! We were all pretty excited for the new school year to start. Liza is also going to preschool but she wont start for a couple more weeks.

Allie is 6

My not so little anymore, Allie turned 6 last week. It is crazy how fast my little ones grow even though I catch myself sometimes saying I wish they were just a little older so we could do this or that. She is such a fun, sweet and loving little girl. The next time I can't wait for them to grow up a little more I need to remember that when they are all grown up, I will just wish that they were still little enough to sit on my lap and give me huge hugs.

I better go get those hugs while I still can.

My sister's 2 younger kids are staying with us this week since she and her husband are at Girls Camp. I have tried to keep them busy by going to movies and swimming at the pool, but there is still the "I'm bored!"cries. So on Tuesday we got out the Slip N' Slide. The kiddos had a lot of fun slipping and sliding, and I had fun taking pictures and staying dry. I loved how they all stood in a straight line waiting for their turn. It was a great way to cool off on a hot day.

July 4th Fun!

The hot air balloons in Provo really made me miss the Rendevouz Days in good ol' Riverton, WY

After the balloons and the parade we went to my friend Ashley's parents house to cool down in the sprinkler

After all of the fun during the day we went to the West Jordon park to watch a movie on the lawn and then a big firework show afterwards. We all had a great time.
